I leveled a bit, managed to get lvl4 empower + lvl21 HoT and this is much better but there definitly some build that's extremly hard to beat. Everything high life based can tank you combining enfeeble + life flask, the option to run away is also very good because this build is pretty easy to outflasks forcing us to run away until regeneration (new pathfinder buff may help there).
To be honest I reckon this is a pretty fun build but I don't see it becoming top tier. Offscreen and mobility counter it extremely hard. Still hilarious to play for the lulz tho.

My smash 4 ban has been lifted, probably won't spend much time on it in the near future.
