Every mirror item is #1 on Standard
I love the change to the spell damage support having a smaller damage penalty but please please PLEASE could you make it so that the cast speed penalty decreases as it levels up as well??

Also, best place for Arcane Vision. Saves many points!

Infernal Mantle, an item that people were not using because it has huge drawbacks, that had a chaos conversion prior to the chaos rework, gets NERFED ?

And get the same nerf than the OP chaos items that had huge conversions without basically no significant drawback ? you have to be kidding there !?
SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading.
just to add my 5 cents about this, even though nobody probably cares,

*i dont like that youre buffing stuff, stuff should be nerfed
*its fine that you are adding "new effects" but it should NOT be added ON TOP of
the other effects. the other old effects should be removed or completely nerfed
*youre still keeping the fortify ascendancy buff, extremely sad

well i could go on and on , but you probably get it - i dont like your buffs
game is getting far too easy now
people will get bored after only 2 weeks of play and the other 2.5 months of the league they will quit and play some other game

For Chaos Sparkers with Ascendant Scion


Before 2.3

Voltaxic: 100% coversion to chaos
Deadeye: 50% chance to pierce and 20% increased projectile speed
Berserker: 1.5% damage leeched as life


With 2.3

Voltaxic: 60% conversion to chaos (no legacy versions)
Deadeye: 30% chance to pierce (inc projectile speed removed)
Berserker: 1% damage leeched as life if you've killed recently (past 4 sec)


It seems difficult to continue running in endgame. It needs to be tested.
