2.3.0b Patch Notes

I am absolutely LOVING these Prophecies! VERY Rewarding = VERY Satisfying game play!

Thank you GGG for another amazing league!
"Your grandchildren will awaken screaming in memory of what I utter today!"
- Path of Exile, Legacy Whispers of Doom Keystone
"compatIbility"
since I have no hope for significant game design improvements in this game I am officially done with Path of Exile. done for good
Please tell me that after the Prophecies league ends we'll be keeping Prophecies and Navali around as it is a rather fun mechanic.

I do have a concern though, when people party, do more Silver Coins drop in groups or are people going to be encouraged to only play solo if they want to get Silver Coins? Currently when a Silver Coin drops only one person can pick it up, as opposed to one dropping for everyone in the group, but if more coins don't drop for groups than for a single character, then partying penalizes group play when it comes to gathering Prophecies. I suspect that more coins do drop in group play, but I would like confirmation of this to know for sure.

That fifteen-year-old operating system was all my family could afford when they bought my potato.

Do you know what upgrading to windows 7 would mean for me?

It would mean that my family should give up everything for 15 days just so I can buy a new operating system.

Since you're so condescending and clearly believe we're all bathing in money how about you first update your system requirements for the game.

And then maybe learn some respect.

Umm, 30 dollars is what your family makes in 2 weeks?

Go on over to Kinguin you can get:
Windows 10 - 30 bucks
Windows 8.1 - 25 bucks
Windows 7 - 24 bucks

You have to understand that the operating system you're using is just forcing the company to waste time on a very minute percentage of players. They have the right to be annoyed about having to develop for something from 15 years ago while at the same time keeping up with the advancement of modern OS's.
Why so serious?

And the fact that there are people legitimately mad about it makes it much better, LMAO!

Hey, GGG.

Instead of being angry at your supporters for using outdated operating systems and components, change your advertised literature.

Here's your listed requirements where you tell people XP is just fine: http://store.steampowered.com/app/238960/

Even if it still showing that it supports windows XP, it doesn't means that the game will always fully support it with future updates and improvements...

I mean, c'mon dude... it's friggin common sense that you should be using at least windows 7 at this age! Even MS dropped support on it already!

It's time to let go and upgrade, instead of getting stuc in the past and expecting that all modern games should work for you... GGG is being too good in still supporting that old ass OS...
@Sidorasek

Hard to believe, no?

If you check the above spoiler you will see there's other EU countries where fortnight wages are around 30/40 euros. And those are mostly guaranteed by the state. We won't go into how much you earn if you're unqualified or working illegaly.

Next you assume that everyone has a credit card which is again wrong.

I do understand that catering to "a very minute percentage of players" is detrimental for the game/company in the long run; but then again you are blatantly ignoring the fact that ggg themselves designated win xp among the systems required to run PoE on a minimal configuration.

If people that run win xp and have supported the game (me excluded) get this kind of attitude from the lead developer of the game because the company failed to deliver a product to the standards it imposed on itself; then I would not want to be in the shoes of those same people if and when the time comes again to support the game.

Bitch please!
Really?

No, Really?

We're actually having people get butt hurt over a comment on a severely outdated operating system?
The operating system is older than how some are acting in response to the statement.

The only two words you could utter since you had no arguments to counter what I wrote.

But who needs arguments, right?
