Prison Guard Prophecy

Confirmed: Got mine in Chamber of Sins Level 2 after 2 resets.
Go, chamber of sins Lvl2
I can also confirm that Chamber of Sins Lv2 is the place to go. Axiom Thunderguards are mixed with Sparking Mages, and you might find a rare Sparking Mage before a rare Axiom Thunderguard, but Thunderguards are FAR more common in Chamber of Sins Lv2 compared to upper prison.

Case in point: I cleared Upper Prism several times and rarely found even white Thunderguard mobs. As for the Chamber of sins, I fulfilled the prophesy after only 2 or 3 clears. I'd update the wiki page for Axiom Thunderguards to mention their spawn rate in CoSLvl2 vs Upper Prison if I could, but I'm guessing you have to register to do that.

upper prison->1 monster left, believe me, seek for him for a 10 minutes, this is a small instance with no result..

Don't go for full clears, just run around and kill ~most stuff, reset the zone and try again. They are a guest monster in Sins, which means they don't always appear in the first place. The Prison seems to spawn an exceptionally low amount of Rare Thunderguards.

It's also possible to reroll Strongboxes to spawn a couple Rare monsters.

I've never seen a rare thunderguard in upper prison - i guess they are grouped with the necromancers, and if so, it's always the necro that goes rare. Happy that I found out about Chamber of Sins 2 - I already got 4 "the Lich" cards on trying to get that guard prophecy in UP...

popped in a blue strongbox for me...
I've spent (wasted) 30 minutes looking for a rare Axiom Thunderguard in Upper Prison.
I've even been using the desecrate trick to check if the area can spawn Axiom Thunderguards.
Got only normal packs...

I went to my HO, sealed the prophecy and destroyed it. From now on, I have decided this is what I'll do everytime. It's just not worth it to spend that much time for yet another low-level unique anyway.

This is definitely a crappy prophecy.
