" Pity if it's true. But the way I understand it, they wont create a legacy version of the item. Try to search for legacy keyword on the entire patch, there's only 1. and they're very specific that it would create a legacy, but not for void and rotc. |

So a 63% buff to BV in all content except maybe Uber Atziri? Nobody ran 30+ stacks while mapping anyway so this is an insane buff to the skill overall.

Every major patch some of the made "balance" changes feel so drastic (buff + nerf) that one could get the idea we are still in beta. Good thing I don't play perm sc/hc much...
What about buffing / making Cloak of Defiance useful again? I also hope you do something about hitboxes. |
