I agree, they probably got heavily nerfed.

Only a fool couldn't see this nerf coming. The boxes were in a state where they actually gave nice rewards. Can't have that, unless it's gated behind heavy RNG and/or traps. So they med them rarer. And the loot worse.
Sometimes, just sometimes, you should really consider adapting to the world, instead of demanding that the world adapts to you.

1 char 80lvl, got 1 at lvl69 zana daily atol. Zana had 3lvl
it even dropped that 1 complimentary good card Burn all the orbs!

I've seen one in Dried Lake and one in the Ghetto map.

Had 2 so far, lvl 72/80 chars, but some nice cards:

Kinda, yeah, they do seem to drop less cards and they're less valuable, can't say I've gotten anything terribly good

just found one while rushing dudes in act 3. Dropped random low level shit and a "the void" card. Traded the void in for a nice rare two-stone ring.. Why are u complaining?... I mean what are u missing out on... Just because I'm paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get me.
