Why i collect HeadHunter Leather Belt in normal map Act3 of Breach???

Hi guys.
I'm a newbie and i got this HeadHunter Leather Belt in Slum, Act3 after defeated a Rare Monster. And i've found out the important info about the Belt that can only dropped in lvl8 Zanna map. I've ask GGG about my situation and they suggest me to create a thread on forum. So you guys who have experience in my situation can give me any idea about this miracle and impossible thing i had came over. Interesting. It's such a rare drop anyway that nobody has probably seen this before. My guess is that breaches aren't bound by leagues they spawn in. Did a prophecy proc?

There are no prophecies for Headhunter, and it should've been bound by League, aka Breaches cannot drop them.
Most likely a coding bug, if I were to guess. Who knows? |

If it were a bug I don't think GGG would have been coy and made it sound like it's something the players haven't figured out yet.

My guess would be nemesis mod: inner treasure. That thing is rare as is and it would definitely not surprise me if nemesis specific uniques could drop from it. Heck, their dropchances are very, very, VERY low, so it would make sense that nobody ever encountered this.
Edit: It might very well be possible that nemesis uniques were bound to inner treasure monsters in a way similar to how warband uniques are bound to warband monsters. Again, this would explain it perfectly. So the question is: did the rare mob you killed have an orange glow to it? I make dumb builds, therefore I am. Of course, in my case, nobody can believe that shit drop from ACT3 Normal. Let's wait.

we didnt say u cheating
we said that HH can never ever be drop at act 3 normal ilvl 78 its mean it can only be drop from rare monters lvl 76 or above lets find alvl 76 monter at act 3 normal guys |
