Honestly, none. Lyco are pretty cheap and not that hard to get. Definitely pretty required and would be one of the first items I would pick up.

As for leech and vaal pact, probably sometime around when you start maps. The claw wheel is really good even besides for the leech, and vaal pact you pass right by so its only one point, pick it up whenever you feel like you need it.
