Highest Level: 23 (Legacy SC) / 89 (Essence SC) -- I've had a Blade Vortex Pathfinder, a Flameblast Totem Inquisitor, and a self-built Varunastra Gladiator that were all 85+, but I delete all of my characters when league ends. You can find the "Scaling the Ladder" Achievement on my profile to verify I at least hit level 80.
