[2.6] Zombie summoner - 6 Big Zombies

Mon'tregul's + United in Dream as dual wield for end game content? With that we can drop poison and get mb minion life for more survivability on bosses?
I really like your take on the Baron, Allana. The synergy between Geofri's and Shaper's is nice. Personally I went pure life. My gear cost me less than 100 Chaos and was able to annihilate Atziri and Xoph. I tried Mon'tregul's Grasp very early on but I wasn't really feeling it. Maybe I'll revisit that. Will have to make some gear changes though and my Spectres will be a bit weaker.

Anyway, you get my seal of approval.

PS. For anyone who doesn't like Mon'tregul's Doon is an excellent substitute. Socket Spectres in there for big damage. Preferrably physical spell Spectres like Miscreations, Scoundrels or Evangelists.

Also SRS in the Baron with 1000 Strength deals pretty ridiculous damage for the investment.

Oh and by the way Allana, how do you get 6 Zombies? Have you reached 1200 Strength? It's either that or a unique / talisman / mastercraft and I see neither of those.

Looking at your profile right now, you are not using montegrul anymore, but severed in sleep.
Did severed in sleep proof superior to montegrul?

Nope, I just wanted to try it out. Did a T14 shaped reef map and the clearspeed was all right but mon'treguls feels better, the explosions are great and with 12 zombies it kinda feels like they're getting all over each other.

I would probably advocate going lowlife if you want to use severed in sleep

With that said, I am currently uploading a failed minotaur run. I bought a map and corrupted it with the most insane mods I've ever seen. Map was no problem but I couldn't kill the boss sadly.

Added video section, going to fraps all endgame boss kills from now on. Kaom died in <3 seconds so it doesn't really feel like I need to fraps below T16

I'm more in the noob part of POE. But i m asking myself, it could be nice to use spirit offering for bosses ?
Minions'll lose a lot of atk/mouvement speed without flesh offering but the ++resists/es for them and extra chaos dmg can't be good ?

oh god, I noticed now that in the kaom 2 boss video I posted I have the wrong support gems in.. I have melee splash instead of multistrike and faster attacks instead of poison, since I was testing severed in sleep earlier.

Oh well, the more you learn >_>

btw.. you are going to want to drop vaal skeles and pick up a vaal lightnin trap for guardian content
also you are wasting ... so many links on what is mostly a 3l spectre.. it is fine i suppose but vs guardian level content .. you really really really REALLY should be rocking a wither totem. helps with the poison.

you want to inflict as much pain on them on the opening as possible.

and those two things are like 150% you dont have

spirit offering is a deceptively bad option in many fights you dont appreciate the loss of 30% ms 30% cast speed and 30% attack speed until its not there

flesh offering aids so many other aspects of the summoner that the only way i would use spirit offering is in combination with wither totem as an opener .. but i would also want a flesh offering around for the mobility it provides.


when i did Minotaur on my summoner i did use spirit offering.. for this very reason. but he is pretty static at the start.
