[R.I.P.] life Mjolner done right by Rico - Juggernaut version - R.I.P. thx to "balancing" policy

The new Transfigured Gem looks interesting BUT did you read the whole thing it's base dmg is 1/3 of the non Transfigured Version.
Ontop comes that Cospri's and Mjölner both have the same cooldown as Discharge with the Jewel so the build will feel exactly the same as when Rico shut it down.
We could try a CoC version which has a 150ms cooldown for faster triggers but dmg will still be meh compared to other broken builds which probly are cheaper as well.
CoC+Mjoln+Cospri's. Diff trigger = diff cd and we can try combine they.

Yea that's the issue for me, ever since manabond came into the picture it filled the hole left by discharge imo. I still wish this build could be revived and brought up to todays standards, but I just don't see it competing with manabond which is essentially the same playstyle using different mechanics.

Damage is not the only issue, with 4 casts per sec (at most) your life recovery via Kingsguard is half of what it was. Also 4 casts/s feels BAD. This is just pathetic from ggg, allowing 12+ casts/s in builds like aura stacker and not allowing 7 casts/s for Discharge, beacuse THEY wanted Discharge to be used the way THEY intended it to be. I dont care what they intended and how they think this skill suppose to be used. It was released SEVEN years ago and players decided how its gonna be used. But no... thats not the "proper" way, we ggg will tell you the proper way after like 7 years of you enyoing the skill...,Discharge was not meant to be used via triggering, lets add awfull cooldown so we force you to use it the way we want. Lets kill another build, lets kill diversity, lets kill what players like to play. Yay! Pathetic.

Triggered Discharge is dead unless cooldown fix.

This is even worse when you consider that this has nothing to do with game balancing as this build (as other triggered Discharge builds) was able to reach 1.5 mil Shaper DPS AT MAX and that was BEFORE this 250ms nonsense. I dont have to say that 1.5mil DPS is really LOW for todays PoE standarts...

All in all no one is playing triggered Discharge in any kind or form as this is now "shit-tier" build. Even the "new" Discharge gfx effect looks and sounds like shit compared to previous one... so you're forced to use mtx to even consider it...

Mean time self curse Headhunter builds are perfectly "ok" zipping trough 100% Delirium maps in like 5minutes...


After a 2 year Hiatus and over 7k hours played was hoping Mjolner build was great again. This is the only build i enjoyed, so guess I'll just wait for poe2 unless ggg can stop being kill joys.
