You need more life on your gear (amulet/glove/ring), defensive flasks, and more life nodes in general.

I wonder, if as stated before that starforge gives better damage. Should i respec from axe to sword, because after seeing the prices, i can tell that they basically cost the same in this league. What do you think? Any suggestions?

You can see for yourself that the axe tree is very similar to the sword tree. Respecing is basically free if you haven't used the ones given to your from quests.

If you're HC you can priortise finishing the Scion Wheel and taking the Tireless wheel near Resolute Technique, which tops at 235% Inc. max life.

where can i find this tireless wheel? I can't seem to find it on the passive skill tree. Can anyone point out where it can be found? Maybe by marking it on a screenshot

thanks a bunch, it said it was near resolute technique, guess i searched too narrow for it :)

also when taking tireless, what should you drop?

I'm gonna make a hardcore char with some friends, and we have a wager, whoever dies first has to pay for dinner. So i am tempted to take tireless, but what should i drop for it? (assuming i reach end game)

Maybe instead of Wreckinball (2h-Wheel on the very low side of Tree) first to Tireless
