What i know that absence of "cloaked in Savagery" lowering potential of berserker quite a bit. I concluded that you use berserker, because you already leveled up it, as you said... but what will you advice me, who is about to start new character tomorrow, disregarding the fact that you already leveled berserker?

Cloaked in Savagery actually got obsoleted in 3.1 already. New VP gives you a 40%/sec cap and double leech rate to fill that 40% in 1 sec. We do a lot more damage than that, filling that 40% quote is very easy even at low levels with crappy gear, you don't need CiS anymore. CiS was great with instant leech to instantly heal to 100%, but that's just not possible anymore.

If you've never even played the build before - choose the established route. Start as Life and level as per the Leveling Guide until lv 70. But skip CiS and life nodes. And then somewhere around lv 65 take GR and then CI and wear ES gear.

But trying to create your own version of a build you haven't played before is a bad idea. The difference between the classes is not that large. Berserker works fine.

Cool video, as always.

If possible, can we see a shaper fight with new watcher eye addition? I want to see effectiveness of that, of course i'm talking about facetanking his beam (if possible, his smash as well)

US was obsoleted in 3.0. Brine King makes sure you can't get perma-stunned. CI version also uses Rite of Ruin that makes you unstunnable while clearing. If you REALLY don't want to be stunned even for a split second, you can use

US is actually bad for this build because you can't use Blind with US, and Blind is wonderful.
I've never gotten a Kaoms Heart, and had pretty much maxed out without it, so when I saw this new CI version of the build I had to throw something together to try it.

I only have about 5k energy shield at present, but 6.5k damage. In the first tier 5 map I tried I got killed twice by having ordinary looking crowds come in on me. I'm used to mindlessly blowing through that level and above with just the 4200 life I had before.

Seems like without the armor I had before, that physical damage is a problem. Do I just need a lot more energy shield, better/different tactics, or maybe a better CwDT setup? I have CwDT/IC/IDS only right now.

I noticed that with the CI version of this build (without MoM etc), that you can get by with essentially no mana. I had arctic armor, and added discipline for obvious reasons. Since I threw this version together with stuff on hand, I could not cap resistances without a purity skill. With three mana reservers, I was down to 65 mana, which looks like you have none at all. However, this seems to pose no problem as far as I can tell.
I read the few last pages, discussing the elementalist and the lack of leech.

You actually don't really need the leech. A watcher Eye with the vitality mod and shaper rings with +15/hits with spells are enough, by a long shot (think Thief's torment level of regen). 60 HP/hit, while you have 15-20 icestorms in the same time, allows you to be always full life as long as you don't get OS.

Since the mana will not follow (and since you have to reserve mana for vitality and arctic armor), you can ditch MoM et VP completly.

A possible tree (221% increased life):

Hey Kelvynn, this looks expensive but is it good?

It's the "tanky" version of the build. Since he doesn't get the increased duration in the center, his damage are considerably lower than the other builds.
