Yes. Poison is considered an ailment and you are applying it via Tornado Shot with a Bow.
Do you need to run GMP if you have a double legacy reach?

Iv put 10ex into the build and its still bad, unless u have like 20 30 ex dont bother with it.
I really like concepts of this build and I tried it as Raider in current Incursion League. Here is my PoB

My thoughts about all this:

- original author's build is a bit slow. Raider class makes it more fast.
- Drillneck is good with Voidwalker.
- i found Lioneye's Glare better than Reach of the Council.
- i'd prefer no bleed, so no Crimson Dance, +4 free Skill Points.
- i read some comments about Added Chaos Damage instead of Phys, and i found it's important to base on your physical damage, not chaos, even if PoB gets higher values of DPS with Chaos.
- in order i choose Raider instead of Assassin i must take Chance to Poison nodes on tree.
- core gear for me is: Dendrobate(6L)-Haemophilia-Voidwalker-Drillneck-Lioneye's, i dont need any expensive corruptions, it is very budget, and still i have a nice clear speed.

This league i tried to start with another builds to test, some quillrain poison with/without volkuur's, but failed it, and i returned to my favorite easy and budget build (author's build).
