If I'm not mistaken:
- remote mine (suffix)
- cold res (suffix)
- reflect (prefix)

So, I would craft "suffixes cannot be modified" (prefix), and use an orb of scouring to remove the reflect. Then, apply a multimod (suffix), and get flat ES, ES %, and flat HP - since it will be converted into ES with chayula.

The cold res is a bit low, but given the price of shaped hubris circlet... I guess it's worth doing it. Just make sure to double check everything before doing it.

Price of shaped Hubris Circlet? There are ilvl 85s for 2-5c in softcore. I wouldn't multimod it unless it already has lvl 22 remote mine + additional mine and/or lower remote mine and T1/T2 ES/Resist. Can´t be too hard to craft it yourself with alt spamming... I have a hard time to see that it would be 2-3ex of alts to hit additional mine. Unless I'm missing something

i did this build last league but i cant remember if we've used power charges at all or is this a new trend due to aspect of the cat?
what other ways are there to gain power charges expect aspect of the cat? orb of storms + power charge on crit and jaws of agony on weapon swap?

Power Charges are easy, the Blast Cascade node generates them for us for free.
Frenzy Charges are only used if you're using Farrul's Furs, as there's no a good way to generate them otherwise.

Still on the Uber Elder hunt. Biggest problem for me so far with this build is the movement speed on boss fights. With the elder dagger, moving around with Shield Charge is clunky as fuck (compared to doing anything with Brightbeak). Gloves with Insanity could help, but maybe not that much? Farrul's Fur with a Frenzy node could also help. Maybe attack speed jewels, dunno. It feels like most of my deaths so far happened because of the lack of quick movement, and not lack of damage (although a shit ton of damage also helps avoid deaths).

You do realise that I self cast frost bomb right? Unless you guy still use a cwdt link for FB even in uber boss fight (rather useless).

Edit: thought it would explain why PoB doesn't grant additional damage when chill/burning/ignite is ticked. Good catch.
