I believe the regen is needed for uber atziri otherwise u can use whatever you want.

Just playing with Bone helmet with mana/life and use AG with zahndethus chest (perma 6% regen) and its pretty fine (idk how it work with uber btw)

What about using the Queen's Escape Ornate Sword and the Cloak of Defiance, i'll be defensive enough? 1 more spectre makes a lot of difference and you just lose the shield

Could you explain what exactly "The Scourge" is doing for this build? To me it looks like none of its stats do much besides the increased damage if you hit...but that applies to you and not the minions (which don't hit) doesn't it?

" Wrong. Recently buff from scourge its just another global 70% inc. minion dmg, so it's work with DoTs, spells, and attacks. It's dont nessesary, just good claw for end game (best in slot mb) and can use another weapon if u want. | |
" "Just lose the shield" = lose 35 block chance (30 shield + 5 passive), and high HP/mana base item. Don't think bonuses from queen worth it. With CoD+SoL neck+2h weapon and BoU boots u lose too big piece survivability to play without block. | |

" The reason why this is happening is because all degen kills count as your own. So walking around with a wickerman/Tvangaurds will proc scourge.
