Nah doesn't take that much at all. I bought my current wander wand for 50c and its around 20k tooltip above piscator. POB showing it way more over.

Basically you want the T1 lightning (essence craft), T1-2 crit and a spot for attack speed. This alone will almost always beat out piscator's and get even higher if your gear is good. Add in more elementas, WED etc and it just gets better and better.

Buy some essence of wrath, slap on some 84+ imbudes and in worst case you can lock prefix, scour off all but lightning dmg then dual craft crit, att speed, another element, wed etc and it'll beat it.

I was following the guide but Bisco collar is like 100c+ on poe trade so it's pretty expensive.
I have like 60 chaos in bank right now so i don't know if i should take the tempest biding first or if the collar is really worth it at this price.

Also, the next step is the vinktar but.. it's like 300c for the +lightning to attack. Is it possible to take the vinktar with 20% in lightning damage or should i go for an other flask?

And for the last question, what is the best gem to put GCP on? I got some of them already with quality (since it's my second char) so i dunno. I started to put them on Kinetic blast, since it's the gem i use for the most part of clearing map.
