Using that with an elder ring with life on hit + warlord's mark on hit and using firestorm or some big aoe skill in the CWDT slot instead of warlord's mark, you will have a LOT of instant leech.

You can even get a watcher's eye with life on hit with vitality + mana gain with clarity or fire pen with anger.
