Need help with a build after skill-tree reset!

Hi! Last time I played PoE was June 2017, if i'm not mistaking, that was 2.6 version. My build was focused on Flickering Strike and some other skills that you can see from my gear in my profile. Guys, can you advice me the new build according to my gear? Need help badly and any help will be appreciated. Previously used build was this

almost broke my brain after this skill tree reset. And another question - how many times can I reset my skill-tree? Or I have only one try after the patch?

I'm not firm enough with Flickerstrike to give you a proper advice about it. You may open a separte thread for this.
