" I think they meant, +10% of "maximum life per second" to "maximum life leech rate" , instead of per second, it will be leech rate. They will keep the 10%. |

Lycosidae nerf (well, drop rate) sucks. It was the easiest way for none crit eva builds to sort out accuracy. I always felt that as ranger or shadow, you were being forced to go crit. I mean, with RT being so fat away, we're kinda forced to roll acc on gear. Since we're rolling acc, may as well go crit.
I actually made a none crit ranger as my starter last league, was great. Made me a bunch of currency and was surprisingly tanky (at the cost of dps of course). Now seems like I wont be doing that, since the shields gonna cost way too much. |

"Cyclone can no longer be supported by Ruthless".
The fuck... I love Cyclone, and I love being able to go full-physical with items like Starforge and Gruthkul's Pelt and the new gems (Brutality, Ruthless and Maim). If the "problem" is some people abusing the stupid mechanic of cyclone doing all-hits-crit-or-not, or all hits-ruthless-or-not, by doing 2 small cyclones and then a long ruthless one, then just freaking fix already that stupid programing and make Crits and Ruthless hits on cyclone be calculated on a hit-basis, not if the whole cyclone was crit or ruthless, seriously. I'm going to assume that the reason Ruthless "needed" to be removed is because some skilled (or hacky) players can do 2-small non-ruthless cyclones and a long ruthless one all the time no problem... Seriously, just fix the stupid mechanic of making all cyclone hits count as the same attack, it was also stupid for crits. TL;DR for GGG: PROGRAM CYCLONE SO IT CRITS/RUTHLESS-HITS ON A HIT-PER-HIT-BASIS. |

So channeled spells are no longer supported by ruthless... and then you went out of your way to make Cyclone not be supported... Take one extra step.. Make Cyclone channeled.
