If you really want to push the build as far as you can I would recommend picking up.
Xoph's Blood amulet.
6L Belly of the beast.
Additional Molten Strike Helm Enchant.
Insane rings and amulet. Try to get as much physical damage as possible with big life rolls.

hey i was making a duelist-slayer and i also wanted to go infernal blow but when i switched to molten strike it was just outclassed in every way so i decided to just salvage what i can and follow your build, i've already changed the passive tree to match yours but im stuck when it comes to ascendancy, what would u recommend? i've been thinking gladiator with fortify, inspirational and first to strike last to fall, but im worried i might not have enough leech, what do u think

I can't see your characters, you probably need to set it to public in your settings.
The most obvious option is Slayer. You plenty of leech and attack speed and the starting area is arguably better than marauder.

oops im sorry, this is the build i was planning on making with gladiator, but like i said the ascendancy i wasnt sure yet so im gonna prolly just go with slayer as u recommended, and the tree is pretty much the same as yours

I think if you want to use Gladiator you will be fine as long as you pick up the leech nodes at the bottom of the tree. It is called Hematology.
