Change Language

You no need to change system language - just change location of store in Xbox settings - remove poe- install it with new store.
After game is installed restore location of store to previous.
Should work.

@Jeff_GGG, do you have any updates related to this suggestion? I'm playing this game from the very beginning, and I want to continue to do it also with my ps4, but it's absolutely unplayable, I don't understand what is written on my screen at all. Is there any chance to have the option to change language added to the game?
