no need level 7 to farm hillock he can spawn at all levels now, thats right? Patchnotes say this?
but, can i enter the city now? or must stay on strand, make 4-5 chars and farm it with the old method without the level requirement ?

Patchnotes only say that he can spawn on earlier lvl's which could mean 1-6 or could also mean he can spawn at lvl 2,3,4 etc.
At least from my point of view. Obv I hope too that we can get lucky and have a lvl 1 Uber Hillock spawn.
And he also spawns on higher lvl's

Flasks, life leech, reggen, purity of fire, patient reaper, etc. In early gsme mainly life flasks... always max fire res.

I cannot tell you if it is the right decision but I will farm at least one... depending how long it takes two. Because withit the leveling to endgame should be really easy. And yeah we will need it st some point and i think it will be expensive this saison.

Played the same in 3.1 mad fun and fast.

a few changes I did though, the amount of life regen is laughable, so we might as well take VP for more life leech.

I also put a point in Acrobatics, we wont have a lot of armor anyway for big hits to eat up, so might as well have a 30% chance to dodge.

using herald of ice with warlocks mark for a few End charges and life leech/mana leech.
