[3.15]Fire&Flamethrower Traps Saboteur/Strongest Combo in the Game/League starter+Boss farmer

Hey. The build seems interesting, but there's so many different configurations and gem setups, it's extremely confusing to work out anything. Even after reading through the guide and PoB, it just feels like a mess, I don't know. Pass from me, but maybe a suggestion to make a section that clearly states what a low, medium and high budget build would be with the corresponding gem set-ups. Good luck =)

How much does the cast speed changes to flamethrower trap affect this?
