I have been looking at poeninja at the spectre builds this league and saw one using a bow to give RS chain, attack damage, and gem level. My question is this better than the shield/wand combo we normally use? Is going for a helmet for RS a better route? I am just curious because the deeper I look the more I find.

Undying Incinerator's always seemed "decent" as specs (I liked them better than flame sents but never really invested in them to know for sure), does anyone know with all the fireball hype if they'll get a nice bump now?
