Theoritically you could fracture on +1 spectre mod unless im interpeting this wrong I don't see how you could ADD a +1 Spectre mod to an item. From the description, it looks like if you already had that mod on an armor, you could fracture it, thus locking it in place and allowing you to scour/craft a better armor and retain the +1 spectre. But you can't get that added onto an armor that doesn't already have it. In otherwords, you can only fracture a mod that already exists on the item. This what i want to know!Yeah respec point is dont needed!I play 7 years PoE(causual of course) and try it alot of builds,but this is only one when you have absolutely everything!Just follow and enjoy the game!Thanks again for your time you put in this and give us opportunity to try your build! Solar Guard with GMP is a little better for early mapping because it has long range. But need gem swap against bosses because GMP has 26% less damage mod. Slave Driver is better for bossing. Also it doesn't need any gem swap because it uses aoe spell. I wanted to make this 3.11 version more choice for people. Many people all say use slave driver, but it's not always best spectre.
