Why no Glancing Blows?

The guide/build is viable for SSF.
I followed it step-by-step and made it after about 8hrs of playing into Maps. Even completed Lab1-3 before I killed Kitava. Overall I died twice, both times it was my own fault (1x Dominus and 1x PietyV2, was brain-afk. I lost spectres at PietyV2 and didnt realise it. Otherwise didn't lose a single spectre. Is anyone else having trouble raising spectres? I'm 100% for sure corpse targeting the right corpse, but most of the time it raises the wrong corpse. I've played a spectre summoner build in several recent leagues and never had this issue.

" You most likely have spell echo linked with it, so when you cast it, it will bring up two specters, pop that spell echo gem out before you summon |

Cluster Jewel weights got nerfed pretty hardcore. Our medium cluster isn't too bad (though still worse) but the large is ridiculously difficult using traditional methods.
Craft of Exile estimates ~3.5k attempts using Alt + Augment + Regal just to get Vicious Bite + 2 sockets. If you want Renewal that becomes 70k. Assuming we can use targeted augments from harvest it should be fine as we can augment crit to get Vicious Bite (it's the only crit node on minion damage) and then use the life augments for Renewal and Feasting Fiends. If we can't use seed crafts, then we'll probably either need to forgo Vicious Bite or use the lightning or cold node as we discussed a while back to pick up an extra Vengeful Commander instead (not sure which would be better). |
