whats the big difference between the two versions? is one way better than the other but costs more? are they about the same dmg but just different playstyles? if so what are the big differences?

So I made these:
Been thinking, would it be worth it to get "Socketed Gems are Supported by Level 20 Fortify" on them? It is an easy and cheap craft with the garden, and it would let my AG get Fortify. Something he would not get otherwise since Kingmaker only affects others, not the wearer. So my AG would be safer. Just not sure it beats hybrid life, but I guess I could always go back with a simple remove attack mod craft. Any opinions? Also not sure how I will finish them. High tier life prefix is a no-brainer of course. And I think the most useful suffix would be chaos resist. Easy to do with blocked prefixes. Then just craft the third suffix. Any other suggestions? Maybe I missed some better crafting options? |

If you don't mind me asking, can you share how to craft the Fortify on Boots using harvest craft.
Is it with the remove and add crafts? |

Can someone explain how the vaal haste works in the pure spectre build?
It doesn't auto reserve mana, and i have to manually cast it. Using the same links in the guide, i have like 1/3 of my mana not reserved, what do i use that for? I am very confused now how vaal haste plays in to the build. |

I use it mostly for bossing. Pop the totem, frostbomb, death mark then pop vaal haste as soon as the boss encounters start.
