For 3.11, I recommend overshock jewels because it's much cheaper than crit jewels. Also crit build needs power charges, so you will need necro aegis & +2/+2 shield. That will make you very squishy.

crusader/redeemer infused shield with +2 minimum power/frenzy charges, you alos need necro aegis nodes.
If you want to max crit build, you also want the 7link +3 cri chance helmt

1. Buy a base with +1 spectre ilvl 80+. The only dead stat is "mana", dont buy those. Any other Affix is craftable with seedcraft.
You can buy one with spectre and rnd suffix ~40c. example:
you can get rid of the Dex with seedcrafting. First you have to fill your prefixes (remove add / Augement Life or Defence). After that spam "non Cold/lightning/fire" until the "dead stat" is gone. You can only roll suffixes so there is no risk to remove +1 spectre.
2. Remove all suffixes with seedcrafting
3. You should now have a body armor with 3 prefix and 0 suffix. Then slam it with an Hunter exalted orb. Chance to hit offering is 33%.
Cost ~2,8 ex. A body armor with both stats and clean base sells for ~12-15 exa
3. if you miss your slam augment a caster/attack mod (spell crit or attack crit) to block one of these mods and farm t4 beasts for remove/add or augement influenced mods.
Chance to hit offering with the augment here is ~66%.
1 t4 seed will cost ~50c. Use Horticrafting and Fortune Blossoms for better outcomes.

If your Body Armor have 3 suffixes its not possible to knock of the +1 spectre with "remove lightning/cold/fire + Add lightning/cold/fire"
There is no cold/fire/lightning prefix so it will always add a suffix. If your suffixes are full it can only add one by removing one with the craft. Therefore its impossible to remove a prefix with this method.

Thanks alot for the build idea. One thing i am confused. How can she get 5 specters while holding the Arakaali's Fang dagger??
She gets:
+1 Specter from body armor
Gem 21 + level 2 from Unnatural Strength, + 1 from boots = 24, but, you need at least gem level 25 to add one more specter, don't you ?
In order to get level 25 gem, you will have to get a +1 minion skill gem wand, but she is holding the Arakaali's Fang dagger in her video and got 5 specters.
Can anyone explain me this please?

Had the same thing happen to me. Wanted to remove lightning and add lightning to get higher lightning res. Instead it removed the +1 spectre.
At the time i thought that i missread the seedcraft and crafted remove non lightning and add lightning. Maybe that is what happened to you. But it is strange that we both removed it while trying to remove lightning. Hope there is no hidden mod or something that makes +1 spectre count as lightning
Edit: missread your comment. Thought you removed lightning. Maybe we both took the wrong seed craft and removed a non fire/cold/lightning.

If I want to remove the "+8 to all atributes" (ignore the fact that is crafted i didnt have a "bricked" base on hand) you need to use "remove a random non-Cold modofier from an item and add ad new Cold Modifier".
The only cold modifier you can hit is cold res which is a suffix. This Item already has 3 suffixes so if the craft would remove a prefix it cant add a 4. suffix. Therefore you always remove a non cold suffix an will hit cold res.
Its possible to remove one of the other suffixes. You then have to change the craft to eiter fire or lightning.
The Chance to hit it in the first try is 33%.
