Almost double the armor and losing a small amount of ES. Most people shouldn't require purity aura as I have full res without it.

I see only upside with 0 downside utilizing memory vault.

There are many downsides, you lose good amount of es, you lose resistances, you lose damage (intelligence), it's harder to get proper helmet enchant on unique, but most importantly, 6k armour is nothing :p If you don't have problems with resistances, you can either try to min max harder (for example metacraft + all attributes on your gear instead of resistance), or just run different aura (vitality / arctic armour would be good)

Once you hit higher levels you can also take the last point to connect to the witch starting area and then refund the mind drinker nodes and take the deep thoughts node up top. That's the beauty of this build, you have many different options. I wasn't able to sustain without mind drinker but now I can. The 20 Int from Depp thoughts is nice.

I have problems with mana. What wrong with my build?

Where are the best places I can improve on my gear?

Also any other skills we can use besides bladefurry for much faster clear?
I understand BF is great for single target but for delving or such?

I have no issues with clear speed in delves with bf. Molten strike can be used as an alternative and has been previously stated it can achieve higher dps (with 3 ball enchant). I'm sure spectral throw can also be used if you want a ranged attack. But most here have stuck with bf or ms.
