Bones of Ullr still has +1 Spectres though.

They don't. Level to spectres now

You are welcome. It's still the best chest for spectres though till you get the delve chest. lol

Leave Clarity at lvl 1. It's only to proc Commander of Darkness.

How you use Shield Charge to proc EE? So we need to 4 link the shield charge to add elemental dmg to that now?
