Havent played Molten Strike in a long time. So wanted to try one.

Got about a 70 ex budget. My only concerns about this is the flow. Attack Speed and Movement speed. Molten Strike feels absolute at its best with big attack speed.

I dont mind it being slower than a typical winter Orb build because that is a given since its a melee skill. But as long as it does not feel too slow and sluggish.



0,20 AS on Moltenstrike with Bloodrage / Totem up. And that is without any +AS on my jewels. Damage with this build is good enough for any content.

While mapping all you do is use whirling blades (0,35 AS) zooming around the map and tapping molten to 1shot packs. Goes fast but requires more gameplay then winterorb.

I have only died to reflect maps from level 85-95, and i just play without giving a shit about anything.

I farm uber lab a lot and I basically ignore any traps and this build is fast enough.

You have very GG gear. The next big investment should be a double mod watchers eye with clarity ES + damage mod.

Also I LOVE 4 damage mod jewels, especially with 8% attack speed with claws.

You could also try to see if you could get some permanent onslaught boots / onslaught on hit ring with synthesised mods.

40% WED rings and lightning damage is also extremly strong imo

You need reduction passives at zealoths oath + 1 reduction passive at CI + level 3 enlighten to have all 3 auras activated.

If you spec into Zealot's oath you get life regen so bloodrage is not killing you.

If you have cwdt+ic+increased duration setup, you should trigger arakaali 50% recovery very often

Life on hit from claws should be enough for life.

The bodyarmour is needed for leech otherwise you should invest 3 points from point blank to the life/mana leech nodes and skip the leech nodes south of ghost reaver

Thanks for the great build, I played a grelwood shank last league and this is much stronger with less investment.

I just wanted to mention that there is a way to deal with ele reflect in this build if you're willing to sacrifice a bit of dmg by specing into Ash, Frost and Storm nodes and getting a reduced reflected dmg while affected by Purity of Elements Watcher's Eye (dirt cheap) + swapping Panthon into Yugul, giving you potential 95% reduced reflected dmg taken. I farm ele reflect maps with this setup.

Some items are not the best, like one of the rings, shield and a couple of the jewels. But didnt wanna burn everything i had before testing it out, although the helmet cost a small fortune. But so far so good!

My only concern at this point as I level up is only having whirling blades as a movement skill and getting into the memory nexus. Whirling blades does not jump gaps and will easily be a detriment in memories.

Has anyone had this issue or know the best solution to solve it?

add flame dash as second movement skill (you can see it in my screenshot)
it also helps removing Grasping Vines

Hey guys i managed to get the build to a decent point but i miss onslaught.
Whats your suggestion?

I think trading sulphur flask for an onslaught one wouldnt be the best way.

Maybe try to get it on kill chance ?Like in a jewel?
