that belt is bad for a few reasons:
-you usually want to get cdr on your belt so you don't have to buy expensive boots with cdr
-onslaught isn't that important when we have to limit our aps
-i don't think this build stuns enemies very often to proc fortify
re: MoM, a lot of people have problems sustaining mana with this build. so using your mana pool for life is a bad idea.
You don't need to "proc" fortify since you have it in a support gem, i mean i do, but yeah you're right, i have cdr in my belt that i can't change so :/
About MoM, i have absolutely 0 issue with mana so 'ill give it a try, that's a huge boost in survivability if it works.
the point of having the fortify mod in the belt is so you don't have use a gem slot for fortify
i'm pretty sure you will start having mana problems if you use MoM but it's worth a shot i guess
@CheeQu: In your PoB pastebin link you have notes detailing how to calculate dps. Is it correct to use the 0.92 critical strike chance multiplier from your increased critical strike supported 6L for calculating Cospri's Ice Nova and Frostbolt damage? Those critical strike chances should be lower as they are not supported by increased crits, no? Should be 69.91% (0.7) for Frostbolt and 76.57% (0.77) for Ice Nova?
Both your 6L setup AND cospris setup cast on crits from your cyclone attacks. So your cyclone crit chance is your multiplier.
That makes sense. After reading your comment I re-read Cospri and it does specifically say "cast socketed cold spell on a melee critical" with "melee" being cyclone per its tag. Reading is hard 0_o.

If one were to obtain an exquisite blade with the right mods, what 3 additional gems would be used in it? I saw mention of it a few pages back, but i'm not sure I saw what links would be used.
I mean, assuming that you still use a 6L chest with the same gems, would you use the same setup in that sword? or would you run a different setup in the sword, like glacial cascade along with ice nova and frost bolt and supports? or would you swap out the chest for something like kaom's?

for me gives me more damage plus buffing vortex also only down side for me is movement speed miss my whirl blades or shield charge... not to crasy for leap slam but that's me

can someone give me some guidance on if what i have is good or if i need to fix something in the build... i don't feel like anything is wrong, but haven't gotten my hands on T15 maps yet so i'm not 100% sure if i can clear them. Tier 12 maps are a breeze and so are incursions though.
you're pretty low on life. you should work towards having 6500+. you can refund a couple nodes on your tree to get more life. the int node above trickery. and refund the strength jewel slot that takes 3 nodes and switch to a jewel slot that only needs two nodes.
take a look at the flask setup in the guide and roll those mods on your flasks.
i would get the focus shock craft on your elder ring. you sacrifice some life but the damage is worth it.
arcane surge works much better linked with vortex and arcane surge needs to be level 4
melee movement skills are great for this build because of cospri's melee crit trigger
your cwdt setup is way overleveled. cwdt and ic should be level 1, frost bomb at level 10 and chaos golem at level 3. if they're close to level 20 it might be worth leveling them to 20 so you can use the vendor recipe to get 20 quality on them.
edit: i just noticed the biggest thing you need to fix. your cyclone aps is 3.2 and you don't have 14% cooldown on your belt or boots. so you aren't triggering coc enough. get a belt or boots with 14% cooldown recovery asap.
p.s. sorry for being a bit rude here, but i don't understand how someone can have amazing gear and miss so much from the build guide. did you get a super lucky drop or something?
my boots are 15% Cooldown Recovery Speed - are you saying i need an additional 14%? and currently i'm at a 6k total effective health pool with 5.6k HP and 400 Energy Shield.(estimate - little over/under with those numbers) The last skill points in my passive tree are going towards all % life increase in the upcoming levels anyway, so that should bring me up to that 6.5k range. I will fix the gems once i get home though, thank you for pointing that out :D and yeah i had a few really lucky drops and i have a friend whos been playing PoE for a super long time thats been helping me get into the game and helping me build.
