You should swap your ice nova and frostbolt gems in cospris

wow, whoops! thanks. Im also going to remove Frost Bomb for now at least, i dont need the dmg i'd rather have Withering Step. Also replacing Whirlilng Blades for Shield Charge, there's less of an animation at the end of the skill

edit: wow shield charge feels 10x better than whirling blades, combined with withering step this feels so much faster now

Everything is easier with this build!!

English is not my native language and so I do not understand some things. Sorry about that.
Back to the point, my friend made this compilation (https://www.poebuilds.net/froscoc).
He has the same aps as me or close. But he moves with the cyclone at almost the same speed of movement "by feet".
I have a lot more Dps than him. However, I would like to understand why he goes so fast with the cyclone and I don't.

As long as your Cyclone has any mana cost, replace Hypothermia with Inspiration. It is just superior in any way

You can always check your Attack Speed at your hideout (Don't forget to select Cyclone. If you have around 2.0 Attacks per Second you are looking at Default Attack). Look for 3 Attacks per Second or 3.7 Attacks per Second with 14%+ Increased Cooldown Recovery Speed.

I have a 14% AS Cospiri's and 5% AS on the tree, as well as the 10% AS from Starkonja's. But my tooltip says that cyclone attacks 8.x times per second. That is obviously waaay faster than what your calculation assumes.
What do I misunderstand here?
