what makes you say that? any specific notes you've seen?

We've actually got a slight buff, Glacial Cascade itself was nerfed, but hatred got heavily buffed, this is why I think the spec will be even stronger.

I'm doing some tests, but I currently think that totem GC will be viable aswell, not sure yet.

I'll keep you guys up to date as soon as I'm able to confirm any of my suspicions :)
