[3.7] Rake's Tectonic Slam Equipment Guide - from League Start to Endgame

e]

Thanks for the clarification on the helmet enchant Rakes. Then the 20% helmet enchant is the undisputed best choice for this build.
all

Is there anywhere in the POB to see the Accuracy Rating total?

Many thanks
J
This might be a dumb question, but does this build focus on big damage and big AOE?
I feel pretty slow with the attack speed.
Currently just starting with the 15 C budget build first.
Just wondering.

Thanks.
Hello!

Nice build :)

Hey everyone, I recently annulled a jewelled foil to only have T1 attack speed, is that good enough for a multimod base? Thanks
If you convert 100% of the damage to fire, wouldn't Fire Penetraion and Combustion be viable then? Or Conc Effect / Inc AoE?

Trying to make this work with Oni-Goroshi wielding Chieftain.

Thank you lots for the guide!

I tried changing Tectonic Slam with Cyclone and I'm liking it a lot more. I'm just wondering if the ascendency should remain the same? The whole endurance generation isn't really needed as cyclone doesn't consume like Tectonic. Would it be more worth going Ramako and Hinekora?

Did you change much on the passive tree/ items? I want to try cyclone as well but I am SSF so it is really hard for me to change things.

I just started t6-t7 maps with Tabula, about 5k HP and doubles Ahn's Might. I'm using Increased AOE and Pulverize in addition to the standard 4 gems in the 6L and the AOE is pretty big. Normal and blue mobs usually die in 1 slam with flasks active (Diamond, Lions Roar, Atziris Flask).

Some yellow mobs might live longer, but you can always put down a totem to help with that.

Attackspeed will get better once you can afford decent Foils and some quality jewels.

But take my advice with a grain of salt, I'm not a super experienced player myself.

Speaking of that, anyone wanna take a look at my gear and point out any major mistakes I did, if any? I know my iron ring needs to be upgraded badly but I'm working on it :D
Edit from 12. Jun: For everyone who wants to switch to Swords as soon as possible for the faster Playstyle compared to Ahn's Might, here are two additional Trade Links:

260pdps+, 1.8aps+, 6%+ crit
290pdps+, 1.8aps+, no crit bonus

The prices currently start at around 10-15c. I personally wouldn't spend more than 40c for a slightly better Weapon than Ahn's Might. If you don't find a good one immediately just wait a little bit.

The first link will more likely show good results which are equal to Ahn's Mights. The second one lacks crit but tries to compensate this with higher phys. But that won't be enough in most cases to be as good as Ahn's Might. There has to be another good stat on them to be as good. But nevertheless i wanted to provide the second link too. There maybe can be found some good swords sometimes which you would miss otherwise.

How to check if the new Sword is worth it's price

then ctrl+v in PoB Item Section

Now you can see how good it is compared to Ahns Might. If you find something that's equal or slightly better - that's good enough for that early in the league

Notice: Either use the PoB Link from this Guide to compare the Weapons. Or, if you use your own, make sure you have at least 700 Accuracy on your Gear. Ahn's Might provide a hugh amount of Accuracy. If you don't have at least 700 on your other gear, your hit chance will be so bad that every other sword you'll try in PoB will be worse than Ahn's Might
so seriously no nodes for Atq Speed ?

anything for Atq speed ?

Only buying weapons for 1.90 ?
