Disintegrator drops from Uber Elder, not really a league started staff )))

The Stormwall is good option too
first you can replace phys to lightning with something more usefull
second, it will help you to make full convert while you dont have convert craft on gloves

+ 32% block chance and chill/shock on block is good while your gear is not perfect

another option is any Agnerod which increases lightning damage, but it needs a lot of Strength

Yeah, well, it should be available like week into new league for reasonable price, so it's more of budget than leaguestarter option I guess.

And you are right, Stormwall looks like very good option, I will mention it in the main post. Alternatively, also Duskdawn.

Duskdown should be very expensive at start

Yeah I know. But it's very close to Disintegrator in power, so it's worth mentioning (and i also mentioned that it will be more expensive at start in main post when I updated it).

EDIT:

Actually, another *very* good option is Xirgil's Crank. The +1 lvl to socketed gems together with spell damage is pretty strong, and the energy shield bonus is just sweet.

how would a level 80-85 tree look like while level 100 tree is nice

not that many ppl reach past 90ish

will this be SSF viable?

not really sure where to skimp down in the tree

to keep tree as hc viable as possible

i was thinkin cuttin of the Staff crit nodes to start with(wont have a good staff to start with eitherway)

that puts it at 96 need to loose atleast another 11 points

perhaps crackling speed? abit of a dps loss but no survival loss another 3 points

puts build at lv 93

but im just not sure what to remove without impacting survival or dmg by quite abit

I was actually messing with lvl 85 tree yesterday. Yeah, crackling speed is the worst node on tree, probably, so I would cut that first. Even without good staff, Serpent stance is on the other hand best node on the tree and you have to path past it so I would not cut it, it would be actually my first DPS priority after getting some nodes and all mana reservation stuff.

Alchemist is easily cuttable, its only 1.6 per point, -2% evade chance and its temporary effect. Anninhalation is what I would cut right after. I mean, the DPS is already very high, so cutting DPS nodes is not really an issue. Cutting all these will give you lvl 91 character without cutting any defense on tree.

I would personally cut some 5% ES nodes tho and I would stick with Alchemist for movespeed. They are easiest to cut because they are dangling, and losing some ES is fine unless you are HC.

For SSF, well, it is doable, we dont rely on uniques, except Wrath watcher's Eye to get last bit of Phys->Lightning conversion so you will be 100% ele, but, even without it, I think its still fine. There are also many different setups you can use when you will be lacking damage.

E.g, Divine Ire or Storm Burst CWC BV gives you few mills of single target DPS basically for free, but doing that is not the point of this build, obviously, but for e.g Uber Elder on trash gear, I would consider it.

Hi there, I found this build quite interesting but, I'm kinda new... and idiot, so how do you make work Cyclone - CwC - Blade Vortex, if Cyclone it's not a channelling? c:

That is why this build is tagged for 3.7, because in 3.7 they are adding Channeling tag to it :)

Not sure it's very interesting. BV synergizes well because the range will be similar to the one of the skill used to move/channel/clear trash.

Soulrend's semi-auto targetting would benefit more from a faster movement skill like Charged Dash, don't you think ?
