Seems like I'm downloading something now but no notes on it?

But it still stopped all gameplay until the item could be downloaded. Less than 20 mb but still took steam 36 minutes to download and install it. WTF???????

Yeah I dont understand why PoE patches take ungodly amounts of time to Preallocate, Download, and then install compared to every other title in my steam library. for only 18.6 MB
