What would be best weapons before nebuloch? I mean on budget.

How do you get so many points for the lvl 31 build? It's my first time playing so I feel like I'm missing something here. I'm lvl 37, just ascended and entered act 4 and have all the extra skill points up until now but I'm nowhere close to the 54 points listed. I have 42 to be exact.

Not all quests in all acts, no. But I've done all the skill point quests up until the point where I was lvl 31, which was after act 3. Does the 54 point lvl 31 build include skill points from all the qeusts in the game?

im playing arc totem and im just too squichy .
i would like to try this build but im a bit confuse of how i should lvl it up .
never played marauder so im a bit lost .
for the tree talent , where i should go first , top or bot ?
for lvling , just tectonic slam ?
any tips and info would be really welcome for a noob :3 ty
