If the answer is "yes" to both then we could replace Ruthless with Impale, take Harpooner and Merciless Skewering clusters, and then you should get some amazing DPS with the normal rotation. I need someone to tell me which, if any, of the Impale Mastery nodes are worth taking.

PoB would be able to give you the full dps per impale etc, and yes each earthshatter spike/explosion can impale

So I swapped over to Impale. Haven't tried impale support yet, but I have 100% impale chance from jewels now.

I have to say, the dps increase is very visible. I am going to test impale support over the next couple of days too to try that out, it will allow me some more flexibility with jewels too which is cool - can go back to my other ones as an initial tester

I did something similar, specc'd into Harpooner and switched out Ruthless for Impale. I think that Earthshatter is the clear winner of Groundlam/GS of Earthshaking because the spikes all have their own chance to impale. It is also nice that spikes can go behind you giving you better clear in 360 degrees.

Big changes: Got a MB. Me and my brother have been doing a lot of farming, so swapped to that and an assortment of flasks depending on the situation.

Picked up a new charm with 40% onslaught which has been pretty huge.

The only thing I want now is 1 level so I can perk easily into Impale Mastery for 10% reduction, and a charm with +1 impale.

hey, I just switched to strength stacker after luckily finding a mirror ;)
struggling a bit currently with tankiness though and I have issues finding where you get 140k more efficient health pool than I do
i am trying to go for it with MB and get the %str from charms, still missing 1 charm though

still could need a good source for onslaught, i really dont want to switch out the quicksilver
only problem is, I was playing the 2hand version with divine flesh from glorious vanity and defiance of destiny before and those 2 safety layers really are missing although the effective health pool is higher according to pob...

I've been starting this character, but I can't really get it to take off. I have about 1-2m dps with a auto warcry every 4seconds to trigger stuff like warbringer and onslaught.
I have about 80% spell supress, and 4.5k life.
Since ground slam stuns so easily I tried to get the most out of the mechanic, but I struggle to fight stuff like pinacles or juiced league content since they are too tanky to stun and I have no idea how to improve my dps.

I would love to improve this character further without going strength stacking, but it's disheartening when the storm brand of indecision hiero has a fraction of playtime but already supasses this char in every way.

P.S.: I also use tinctures atm with all damage can shock. I propably should switch to charms but would love to make tinctures work

I'm also adding Impale as last finishing touches for the last four levels.
My first step was to grab a "Banners reserve no mana" charm.

Then I could add the Dread Banner for the free impale. It already does wonders.

Evening guys, I've hit a wall.

Nothing huge has changed here since the last post, few small pieces of min/max to mana reserve to allow for helmet to have +AD again. I removed some endurance charges for some more aggressive nodes, changed gloves slightly.

I'm really struggling to see how I can really get more dps out.. and seeing all these other builds with 20+m dps, I'm wondering if there's anything I can do, or do i just pivot to another build now? Have I ran its course?

Obviously ignore the MF flask, it was just i n the slot at the time.

I managed to get all bosses down (non ubers) and can do juiced maps, but 8k+ wisps and the amount of kiting I have to do really impacts my speed.
