Two ways to go about it. If you are using alts, and hoping for a lucky regal... Roll alts until you get "Socketed Gems are Supported by Level 1 fortify" since thats the more rare mod, then try to regal the +1 gems.
The other method would be to roll with chaos until you get both mods, then try to clean up the extra mods... (I made a crafting guide a page or two ago)
Both methods are going to be hard sadly...

Very happy with build Qlida. It can be tuned for ur needs: +- skeles, +- enduring cry, +- molten shell. After I added vulnerability gloves(5c lol) and -phys helm (another 10c) on AG damage finally feels good (t16 juiced maps)

Unless I missed something, Zombies should be nearly resist capped. They have 40% by default, and with SO it brings them up to 70%. I can’t imagine the remaining 5% is worth any significant amount of investment. Nonetheless, if running Purity of Elements, they will be well overcapped.
I had issues on Hezim boss in T12 with a 5L zombie due to chaos degen killing them. I should probably have been more clear and stated that they need chaos resist ^^

Sadly there is no easy way to get a OP weapon for the zombies this league, since they made everything faceroll unfriendly.

Random shower thought.... If you are planning on leap slamming into packs anyway, wouldn't linking "Endurance charge on melee stun" to leap slam, be easier than using Enduring Cry? One less button to press.

I got it done with about 4ex to get the mods (~ 4800 alterations) and I'm sure I was pretty lucky at that number.
Poedb has fortify at a 450 weight vs 1000 for the old maim. Couple that with only being able to regal rather than augment and we're looking at a significantly harder weapon to craft. Some really rough math places the average cost to be 7k alts.

I am glad you like it. It did take quite abit to make it this far, however we have big challenges ahead of us. I won't drop this build until awakener bows before my feet ^^
