I thought our minions had enough resists but I checked pob and you're right, without GI they're at 70%. This can either be fixed as you describe, or you can anoint GI, get RH on tree and exchange the anima stone with a normal jewel that has minion resists. I wasn't planning on using the anima stone anyway, the stone golem isn't worth it. A normal jewel is better.

I think you can use a staff (elder base ilvl80+) to obtain Fortify instead Maim + 18% block chance instead useless aoe, better APS for leap slam. This option shows a little more damage than Maim.
Correct me if I made a mistake.

I think maybe misunderstood the question. I read somewhere in the 60 pages that it didn't matter what base it was as long as it's a 2h Mace. Coronal Maul is 2ex and other 2h Maces are like 2c. What's the appeal with Coronal Maul specifically?

Hi, I decided to go cold conversion with gloves to test it out. What links would you recommend and since I'm no longer melee I don't need maim so what would you recommend for a weapon? At the moment I have raise zombie, minion damage, feeding frenzy, melee phys, multistrike and I'm trying out elemental army support(basically 39% more damage, +2 max res and 28% resist). I have kingmaker already for fortify and they don't even take damage from guardians. I'm using EE and dual cursing with Elemental weakness and frostbite.

I asked earlier and also didn't get a response. But my thinking is it really doesn't matter, unless you get a lower attack speed base. It costs more because it's a better dps weapon for melee builds. For us it shouldn't matter.

Also can you please add a crafting section about how to actually craft the mace? I'm a bit confused about the process and it seems others are too. I currently have a blue maim mace with no other mods on it.

Part of the reason why I'm picking up Plaguebringer instead of Commander of Darkness. I then spec through Indomitable Army and get 75% elemental resistances for minions. IA is one point less investment than Grave Intentions, which I may still allocate.

Depends. If you have no problem with damage and need more survivability, than use Geofry's. If you're lacking damage, use Tabula. I am gonna lean towards Geofry's as I had no problem with damage on a 4 Link.
