It's also mentioned a few pages back from this one. It's mentioned in a few other pages throughout the 260+ as well. Make an effort and read the content through at least once first. He can't know that it is on page 2 or that it was talked about a few pages ago lol. @skenar It makes the spectres cast the charges more often because they don't run out of mana.
