Can you craft the staff from a blue item or you need to drop a rare one with +1 all skill absolutely?
You have to Regal it and hope that it will only get better :))
Only Rare (yellow) items must be used for multimod crafting, Magic (blue) must be not used.
I think he can't get +1 to gems on a staff needs to be a warstaff,sword,mace,axe or bow IIRC

They do 3 times more damage but with good gear you kill t16 metamorphs in a few seconds so no you don't need them. Did Sirus with zombies only. No zombie died.

could anyone let me know if it is possible to do speed build 250% movement speed with queen's escape instead of the pricey staff?

The thing is +1 and alva mod is a prefix, so I can't just lock the prefix and chaos spam. I know there was a way to multi mod and exalt to get the +1 as it was the only available mod. If there is no other way I will yolo regal and pray our lord and savior RNGejus.

I am not sure you understood what I meant. It is impossible to get +1 to gems on a Staff it just cant roll AFAIK. It's only possible on a WARstaff and other 2 handed weapons not on a staff. I wouldn't exalt that.
