APS is fine. You need to tune your build abit to do damage. Depends on your budget right now i will suggest some tips to consider.

1st. You overcap you resist a bit. It is ok, because you can narrow your item upgrades for pure dmg right now.

2nd. Flasks, Depends on your budget but even simply Atziri flask is more dmg, bottled faith is amazing but it end game item as prices are so high right now.

3rd. If you got some currency, you can change your tree a bit to get more jewel slots, Cheaper option is to get life/crit multi/some dmg, A bit more expensive is to get either life and 2x multi or even 3x multi. As i was able to change the tree a bit to get 3 more jewel slots. ( watcher eye would be awesome but i think it could get expensive depending on mods).

4th. The pandemonius with heart of ice, While i think your 40% crit multi amulet is ok, you can try pandemonius with heart of ice and see if it is upgrade, it also provides some dexterity to help you fix attributes issue.

5th you try to get some elder ring with mark of the Shaper combo if on budget, if not 2x herald of ice circle of the fear( it is more expensive tho.)

6th. Helm enchant, yes it will be expensive one but if possible try to get ice nova dmg on it, you proc ice nova 7.5 times per second so if you got 40% increased damage it will be around 300% increased damage.

I think you need to do your last lab as the ascendency is very improtant.

Your APS is also lacking... you got 20attackspeed from cospris, which well is not optimal, and if you don't get enough currency to get as stated in guide 27attack speed, you can take attack speed from jewewls i guess.

Change your annoint on amulet to heart of ice it increase your dmg alot.

Also get atleast level 90 that 3 extra points will grant you better passive tree, i tried to change it a bit so you get 2 more extra jewel slots but as i said you need atleast level 90 to make it work.

With that 2 jewel slots i mentioned earlier you can get some life, attack speed, fix your resist if necessary or fix stats if you lack them.

As the life, i suggest you should get like 5k ehp so let's say 4.6k life and 400 energy shield.

All mentioned above is easy and cheap way to increase quality of your build.

Then if you get some currency you can start to really minmax your build. There is no 1magic trick to do it, you need to change nearly all your gear.

SOME OF BELOW SUGGESTIONS MIGHT BE EXPENSIVE.

- Helmet -> -9% cold ress to enemies is very good, you need to could try to combine it with enchant of 40% increased ice nova dmg ( cheaper option is 25%)

- Gloves -> you should aim for increased damage againts chilled enemies,

- Boots -> you should get life on them, life + as much resist as you can get. So two-toned are optimal.

- amulet -> annoit heart of ice + quality it.

- rings -> if this setup is optimal for you ( mark of shaper + elder) get opal ring with elemental damage/cold damage etc. then quality it. Other option is to get 2x circle of fear with 2 hoi mods but it is more expensive and also harder to achive due to lack of resists on them and life.

- belt -> well it is okay, but you can try to get leather belt with much more life. Even better if you buy atleast 3lvl woke cast on crit cuz it will let us drop CRS on belt, and then we can get 100% damage stygian with some jewel on it. If you go for stygian quality iy

-Jewels-> if you fix other things and got spare currency you can get watcher eye, either with multi on precision or hatred damage/pene. Or some 2xmulti jewel with life, or life/dmg/multi, or 3x multi

-Flasks -> They are okay, only improve i can find it so add crit change to your diamond flask but it is up to you, or get bottled faith but i think it should be last on your list.
