Hello :D first time playing mines, I love the build so far. It can do all the content without problem!
One question, which are the best mods for the weapon? +1 to lightning gems, +1 to spell gems and which others?

A lot of it will depend on your other gear. Generally speaking in order it’s:
1. Lightning gems / spell gems + level
2. Hybrid spell damage/chaos roll
3. Penetration
4. Crit Chance
5. Crit multi / spell damage
6. Lightning damage to spells (not crafted version)
7. Lightning as extra chaos
8. Crafted lighting damage
9. All the other stuff

How would you go about crafting a wand like yours? According to craftofexile alt/aug spamming for the 2 +1 gems then just multi-modding seems best but I am a crafting noob and wanted to ask someone more experienced. Also what base would be best? Ilvl is only needed 55 for the spell gem mod.
Also what item would be my best upgrade (yes I know I need better gems, working on that)-bottled faith? better versions of another piece of gear?

For the weapon, I wouldnt recommend crafting it. I bought the +1/+1 base and went from there.
The combination to hit both +1s is rarer than just about any other combination of mods, its on the same tier as hitting T1 flat phys and T1% on a foil - SUPER rare.
For DPS, bottled faith or a watchers eye.
For more ES, start working towards %ES rolls on belt and rings.

What would you say are the requirements before switching to icicle mine?
Edit:Would like to know before I rr my assassin to Sab.

For icicle you are going to want around 30-40ex to put into it to make it feel good at t16 + bosses.

Bottled faith for sure. The weapon will only add 10% maybe. Bottled faith will add 25-30%
