so you say in the annointments that you can get charisma to save 2 points for the 12% reduced mana, but in the tree for LL you dont have anything taken for reduced mana, so which do you normally get?

" This league, use rare weapons (wands or daggers) the whole way. The league crafting mechanic is very good for leveling. You should swap to CI around white maps, or when you have around 3k total ES. The guide talks about when the swap should be |
