What PoB do i follow for icicle mines? I got a 40% dmg helm enchant and want to try it out. But I dont see a PoB for it. I am currently doing BL, do i just copy the icicle mine link setup and ill be ok?
It’s pretty garbage at the moment without huge investment. I wouldn’t recommend. But you can use the same tree for BL, drop the aoe though.

Your weapon is really bad and needs an upgrade. The added cold dmg is not for spells, so it does nothing for your spells. The implicit critical strike Chance of 30% does also not Count for spells. THe life leech and life gain on it does also nothing, and the crafted lightning res gives this Thing the rest: Craft offensive on the wand!
A good wand or sceptre would more than double your dps.
Then upgrade atleast the gems which are your main-attack or support it with 20% Quality. Or Level them, since most are 19, to 20, use the vendor to get 20% and Level them up again in lower maps (if u cant afford the gcps).
If u have some Money left, get a dying sun flask, this helps very much at bossing (more projectiles).

I think you are seeing my new gear, I switched weapon and went LL and my damage tripled even on a 4link (my damage was shit both on 5L and tabula before), still using GC don't find any meaningful difference switching to BL
Wand looks weird as hell but it outperforms most sub 5ex wands I saw on trade. My WE is Zealotry ES-Leech and Wrath inc crit chance, is a clarity WE the next reasonable upgrade or is there anything else glaring i‘m missing?
