not as steamroller as you think, im afraid. 16% chaos damage over time multi is worth about 35% increased chaos damage. at least it is on my toxic rain build.

also these gloves enable shock, which for damage over time builds just isn't possible unless you're using summon skitterbots, so that very much increases the damage way more than 16% cdotm

basically, any toxic rain build would love to use these gloves

they enable shock if they are next to a corpse i mean it sounds Ok but i doubt most poison builds are struggling with trash?

I'd take 16% multi gloves with stats over them anyday :p but i'm glad somebody would be excited to find them. My point wasn't to say they were useless just that they are a bit niche without being extremely rare.
