how you think its possible to play this on HC SSF?

Hey, it'll be way more difficult, due to acquiring some pieces. You can definitely play without Voll's Devotion and Helmet enchant. You'll just loose on damage and single target sustain. Boots can be acquired via Pale Court, so if you are doing Prophecy chains, it shouldn't be too hard to get them. Biggest problem I see, would be in acquiring Voll's Chest, which is BiS basically and quite essential. You can do it without it, but your charge generation with Power charge on crit and 10% on crit from Assasin and 20% on non-crit won't really be enough. You'll definitely be able to clear T16 maps quite easily, I just think you might struggle with single target damage on T16'+.

i think for single target now i can use assasin mark, and my last question is when you wanna upadte POB?? cuz i wanna play your build as league starter

Yes, you can use Assassin's Mark for single target, but it's getting reworked, and you'll only be able to curse a single enemy (which technically counts for single boss only like Shaper).

If you open up 3.11/3.12 Post harvest update, you'll find POB in there Sir.
It is possible to be a league start build?

It's definitely possible, but you might struggle with Single target damage without proper charge generation (Voll's protector)
Are the assassin nerfs a big deal? Anything I should change because of them?

Hello! No, Assassin nerfs are not that big of a deal. Yes, it hurts this build a little, but nothing we should really be worried about. We'll have a less critical strike chance on Cyclone, so procing without Diamond flask might feel from time to time, and the crit multi nerfs are not that bad actually. We'll loose 24% Crit multi (Warlord helm with +1 Power Charge) and 29% crit multi (Rare/Unique helmet) from Deadly infusion and 10% Crit multi from small passives. It's only 39% crit multi all together, and 0.5% Crit chance we are loosing, which is fine.
Any news about new threshold jewel? Without it with new 2s discharge cooldown the build is dead I presume

Sadly no info about the jewel from GGG so far, so I guess we'll know how the jewel looks once the league starts and someone drops it and shares it. They stated, the jewel will drastically lower the cooldown, so it'll be a MUST HAVE to make this build properly playable.

But my guess is, since they removed the Less damage with triggered from the gem itself, the same value (35% Less damage if triggered) might be found on a jewel. But with new Discharge numbers, I definitely wouldn't be surprised, if the jewel had 50% Less damage if triggered.
Indeed hence my question. Depending on jewel details and drop rates, it may severely affect build early league potential
BTW any thoughts about gems setup (re: massive effectibeness hike)?

Without the new discharge gem in PoB I can't say for sure. Apart from Added Cold we can't use anything else, since then we'd break our Elemental Equilibrium rendering it useless. But it might be worth checking out Added Cold/Awakened added cold instead of Increased crit chance.
Thank you for the build, but what do you think about using the self-cast discharge? With new damage and increased radius per charge, we can generate maximum charges in two seconds and detonate a nuclear bomb with a huge radius and damage, in theory killing bosses with a couple of explosions. Having 10 charges is a 200% increase in radius without additional sources of radius increase, plus in this build you can use a gem with a modified property for quality (40% increase in damage when removing charges of three different types) in order to maximize damage per blow. And by the way, if you use the Archmage in conjunction with the discharge?
